  • 1 cup fresh spinach, packed
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil (optional, for toasting)

Instructions

  1. If desired, lightly toast your bagel halves. You can brush them with olive oil before toasting for extra flavor.
