Make the famous Neiman Marcus Dip, also known as the Million Dollar Dip. This cold, creamy, cheesy appetizer features bacon and almonds and is perfect for game days or parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Crackers, chips, or vegetable sticks for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Mix well to combine the seasonings.
  3. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, toasted sliced almonds, and chopped green onions. Mix gently until all ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the base.
  4. Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate the Neiman Marcus Dip for at least 2 hours, or up to 24 hours, to allow the flavors to blend. Chilling is key for this cold cheese dip.
  6. Before serving, transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
  7. Serve your crowd-pleasing dip with your choice of crackers, tortilla chips, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

  • Toast the sliced almonds lightly in a dry skillet over medium heat for a few minutes until fragrant. Watch them closely to prevent burning.
  • For the best flavor, use high-quality sharp cheddar cheese.
  • You can prepare this no bake appetizer a day ahead of your gathering.
  • If you prefer a tangier dip, substitute 1/4 cup of the mayonnaise with sour cream.
