4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easier cleanup.
Place the cut carrots in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, and honey until well combined. This creates your buttery glazed vegetables sauce.
Pour the honey garlic butter mixture over the carrots. Add the salt and pepper. Toss everything together until the carrots are evenly coated.
Spread the coated carrots in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Do not overcrowd the pan; use two sheets if necessary to promote better caramelization.
