  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup chilled eggnog
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • Extra whipped topping and nutmeg for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the graham cracker crust according to package directions if needed, or use a store-bought crust. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the cold milk and the instant vanilla pudding mix for two minutes until the mixture thickens.
  3. Gently whisk in the chilled eggnog, vanilla extract, and ground nutmeg into the pudding mixture until just combined.
  4. Fold in the thawed whipped topping until the filling is smooth and uniform. Do not overmix.
  5. Pour the eggnog filling into the prepared graham cracker crust. Spread the top evenly.
  6. Cover the pie loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least four hours, or until the pie is completely set.
