Make this easy, cheesy Cream Cheese Chicken Bake for a satisfying weeknight dinner. This recipe uses simple ingredients for a comforting, family-favorite meal.

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish in a single layer.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle the cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese over the top.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  8. Let the dish rest for 5 minutes before serving.
