Ingredients
Scale
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup milk (dairy or unsweetened almond milk)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Place the frozen blueberries, Greek yogurt, milk, honey (if using), and vanilla extract into your blender.
Secure the lid and blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides.
If the smoothie is too thick, add milk, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
Pour immediately into a glass and serve.
Notes
For a colder, thicker smoothie, use frozen yogurt cubes instead of fresh yogurt.
Substitute Greek yogurt with regular plain yogurt for a less tart flavor, or use a non-dairy yogurt for a dairy-free option.
To increase the protein packed yogurt drink factor, add one scoop of unflavored or vanilla protein powder before blending.
If you do not have frozen blueberries, use fresh ones and add 4-5 ice cubes to help thicken smoothie without banana.
